the first order over $25.00. Order now!

Placing An Order:
Phone during business hours, leave your order on our answering machine or send by Fax or e-mail us.

Paying with Paypal:
To pay with Paypal all you need to do is email us with your complete order, your correct Paypal email address and your shipping address if different than the one used with your Paypal account. We will send you an invoice for the correct amount A.S.A.P.

Order Form:
We have an order form zipped for you to download or you can print off our online order form here. A new one is sent with each order.

Shipping:

We ship within 72 hours of receiving your order. If something is out of stock we will call you to determine your preference for back order. Shipping and handling charges are listed on the order form.

Taxes:
GST is calculated on the total purchase including postage (not our law). Patterns are PST exempt. BC residents pay PST. Canada's Sales Tax does not apply to orders shipped out of Canada.

Returns and Exchanges:

We check for flaws before shipping. Patterns and kits are not returnable. Special orders require a non-refundable deposit. Exchanges and refunds are processed ASAP.

Insurance

Canadian Orders: $1.00 for the first $100 and $.50 for every additional $100, or part thereof. US & International Orders: $1 per $100 or part thereof.

Customs & Duty

Duty for international orders is not controlled by Dear Bears Marketplace. This will be assessed by the Customs Department of YOUR country. On small shipments, there is usually no duty assessed
